"Karden House" is ideally situated for exploring the treasure of North Wales, Victorian Pier and Promenade. This successful business has been in the same family for the past 18 years. There are 2 bedrooms, living room and shower room on the top floor which is ideal for staff accommodation or extended owner's accommodation. Externally there is a rear private patio. Our clients currently rent a private parking space and we have been informed this could be transferred to the new owner. All fixtures and fittings are included, with the exception of items that are personal to our clients.
