Our estate agency is based in the vibrant and saleable town of Menai Bridge, where we have a large secondary school, a large residential market, as well as an active second home/holiday let sector, being located on the banks of The Menai Strait, the property here often has amazing sea and mountain views.

The office covers the Eastern half of the stunning island of Anglesey, from as far North as Amlwch, historically a port town, with access to the coastal path, some rugged coastline, sea views and plenty of amenities.

From Amlwch our boundary takes us through the rural villages and countryside, where we sell traditional cottages, small holdings and small estate properties.

The main administrative town on the island is Llangefni,ing  a market town with industry, a large residential market and as the town is centrally located on the island, is less than fifteen minutes to anywhere on the island.

Again moving from Llangefni we cut through more countryside and rural villages down to Newborough and Malltraeth, where we find The Newbourough Warren Nature Reserve, with some of the best beaches in Wales.

We have a very active holiday let investment market, which is going from strength to strength. Coming back along the Menai Strait we have the villages such as Brynsiencyn, Dwyran and Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch, offering a range of residential property, that benefits from the usual amenities found on Anglesey, often in picturesque settings, with ‘Llanfair’ having the largest name in Britain, rail links and accessible to Bangor and Menai Bridge.

Moving North East of Menai Bridge along The Menai Strait we have some of the most expensive property found on the island along Llandegfan and The Glyn Garth, with both traditional and contemporary waterfront property, often having  direct sea access and sublime sea and mountain views.

Moving further up the Glyn Garth you come across the historic town of Beaumaris, with it’s medieval Castle, grade two listed character properties dating back hundreds of years, as well and more recent and modern property spread around the periphery of the centre. Beaumaris has many festivals, throughout the year, including summer food festivals, bonfire night and The Victorian Christmas extravaganza, making the town popular with tourists and local alike.

The most Easterly part of The Island is Penmon Point, popular with sea anglers, walkers, water sport enthusiasts, boating people, pods of dolphins and many other sea wildlife.

Moving back down the Llanddona Headland into Red Wharf Bay, we have more rural villages and then increasingly more popular seaside villages like Benllech and Moelfre, which have in recent years seen an influx of tourists, holiday let property and new amenities, all with easy reach of some of the beast beaches on the Anglesey.

The Menai Bridge office offers a diverse range of properties, including apartment living, mid terraced houses/cottages in towns or rural villages, to executive family property, often new build with contemporary layouts and interesting features.
