    Excellent service from beginning to the end

    Geraldine from conwy branch was so helpful right from the start explaining so much more than other estate agents I had round. Always got back to my phone calls and emails asap which I was happy about. Emailed and phoned to advise when someone would be viewing the house as we didn't live there. Advised well when we received an offer within the first week and negotiated in the right direction for me. Thanks Geraldine

    Supportive, helpful and obtained a great price for my home.

    I felt that the staff really tried their best to help, and gave much support when needed. Lucy was my main contact, and she remained calm and helpful when I was struggling with the stress.

    Wonderful team

    Absolutely brilliant as they sold our house twice. Slight draw back was the head office paperwork hence four stars. Very good communication and the local team did everything they said they would do.

    Not to Happy

    Not Sure I would use them again. The house must have been over valued as we needed to come down 35,000 in order to sell and they seemed to have more interest in the buyers needs than ours

    Service was good and all staff helpful would recommend them to friends. Would have liked a few more phone calls to just keep us in touch with what was going on while waiting for contract exchange.
